Comedy Drink Tokens - Union Hall
Since I don't really drink too often, I've decided I'm going to start collecting the drink tokens I get at shows as a nice souvenir from my comedy experiences. Firefox said that I spelled "souvenir" right, so let's move on.
Union Hall is an attractive performance space in Brooklyn with its own Bocce courts. Bocce is a game that's not a language that Uncle Owen asks C-3PO if he can speak while the Jawa's are selling him, but yes it is because I remember Star Wars pretty well.
The Union Hall drink token is really neat - old fashioned wood. The front side reads "Union Hall" in nice little script:
"One Drink" on the back:
I know my photography is pretty bad, making the script incoherent. I'll figure this out as I go along. I promise.
I always feel guilty pocketing wood tokens. Paper ones usually come off a roll you can buy at any dollar store, but Union Hall clearly paid a company to produce a set of nice, light tokens.
